O'Fallon Brewery, founded in 2000, brews a number of regular and seasonal beers with distribution in the midwest and the south. In addition to their regular seasonal offerings, they brew limited release, barrel-aged beers. The Chocolate by the Barrel Cream Stout is the result of their Cocoa Cream Stout being aged in bourbon barrels, making for a rich, creamy, and complex stout.
